I utilize training peaks to send the workouts and analyze how the workout went. My athletes can see their progress through training peaks as well. I organize group workouts (long runs, bike workouts), as well as training camps throughout the year.
My focus is for athletes to hit their goals in supportive, guided and smart atmosphere. By using my background in physical therapy (been working for 3 years in this field) and racing for almost 12 years I know what injuries and issues athletes face when training.
I want my athletes to get the most out of every workout and by doing that get the most out of the time they are putting into training.
